?DAMWON Gaming had a rough start to the 2021 season with a seventh-place finish at APAC North Stage 1, but once the Korean Rainbow Six Siege roster found their traction, they became a force to be reckoned with. Most notably, DAMWON made it to the quarter-finals of Six Mexico Major by upsetting Ninjas in Pyjamas twice with 8-7, 8-6.
They kept the momentum going, placing third in APAC North Stage 3 in October, and made the semis at Six Sweden Major 2021 in November to round up a phenomenal year. DAMWON are a team that turns up the heat at any international event and can be very tough to beat once Sanghoon “yass” Yoo and co. find momentum.
MiBR scrapped their way to Six Invitational 2022, and this is not a team we believe can make much noise in Sweden. Not only have MiBR been very underwhelming since claiming bronze at Six Invitational 2021 in May, but MiBR will also be without their coach Matheus “Budega” Figueiredo, who left the team in December.
There is nothing that would suggest MiBR can cause an upset, which is why we have to side with DAMWON to get it done in straight maps.

?FURIA Esports look much better on paper than how they are. Across the entire year, they placed above fourth in only one tournament (CES Stage 3), although we have to consider that the rest of Brazil is highly competitive, so they might deserve some slack.
Still, FURIA have yet to carve a name for themselves and are a team that is always there but never on top. TSM has not been too impressive last season either, as a roster that many expected to perfect their formula over the 2021 season, considering there were no roster changes since March 2020. But things did not play out that way.
Nevertheless, TSM played exceptionally well in the Six Invitational 2022 qualifiers, proving that if all five players are healthy and appointed their preferred roles, TSM can cause some serious damage. Although we don’t expect TSM to go all the way, Brady “Chala” Davenport and co. have shown enough for us to believe they can play a competitive match against the LATAM’s fifth seed.
