The League of Legends World Championship will kick off on Wednesday, September 25, with 20 of the world’s best teams taking their place in the season-ending tournament.
Meanwhile, the penultimate event of the Counter-Strike 2 BLAST Premier Series will also begin this week, with the Fall Final being held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from September 25-29.

League of Legends World Championship
The LoL World Championship will be split into three distinct stages: play-in (September 25-29), Swiss (October 3-7 & 10-13), and knockout (October 17-20, 26-27 & November 2).
With the best 12 teams from the top regions advancing to the Swiss stage following their summer split, the remaining eight squads will compete for the final four spots at the main event through the play-in stage.

BLAST Premier Fall Final
The BLAST Premier Fall Final will represent the final chance for teams to qualify for the 2024 World Final in Singapore, with Astralis, Team Liquid and Team Falcons hoping to secure a spot in the US$1 million event.
The other five teams, Team Spirit, Team Vitality, G2 Esports, Natus Vincere and FaZe Clan, have already booked their place in the World Final through Big Event wins and their positions on the BLAST Premier World Leaderboard.
